The Wanted & For Sale Office

The Wanted and For Sale project is a “welcoming office” that allows each visitor to establish his own personal access to the festival and define his involvement in the events based on to what he is really looking for, his own sensitivity, and his modality of work or research.  He can choose the level of his perception and participation ; he is part of the cultural event and there are no real barriers to his understanding of what it is all about! Kom.post will try to respond to the audience and to its first questions with personalised “guided tours”. Each tour is meant for one person and can take many forms : live and performative, or pre-recorded and enhanced by artistic and informative sound, or participActive: recorded by the visitor himself, to share his thoughts and commentary on what he experiences with the next visitor. 
Added to this permanent, free and dispersed presence kom.post will propose daily micro conferences in the form of intimate and interdisciplinary discussion tables : the shared factories. Some kom.post artists will also propose performative treatments of the issues raised during the festival, making the general kom.post presence into a mobile and progressive composition.

Particularly sensitive to this approach, Arte has opened a space on its website which is dedicated to the kom.post collective. There, the collective will give accounts of the meetings and movements generated by the Wanted and For Sale Office through three short films and several soundscapes whose protagonists will be the "seekers" and the "sellers", who are at the core of the system.
